Frank specialises in managing large-scale performance improvement and change projects. In the last 32 years, he has worked extensively in organisational development, employee relations, employee engagement, conflict resolution and process design & productivity improvement. His client list includes Tiger Brands, Woolworths, Premier Foods, Nedbank, Anglo Platinum, Afrox, Barloworld and the Libstar Group.
Kim Julius:

Kim has a background in legal services and 11 years’ experience in industrial/employee relations. An experienced strategic HR leader, Kim currently leads large-scale leadership-oriented culture change initiatives and interventions.
Marianna Seyffert:
Director, Principal Consulting Psychologist
With 27 years’ experience in the field of organisational and human capital development, Marianna has worked as management consultant on a national and international level. Her more recent experience in the field of organisational culture includes a large-scale three-year culture change project with Nedbank Group. As an account director she is responsible for delivery of psychometric and assessment services to clients both in the private and public sector.
